A one-day practical workshop focusing on the physical and mental well-being of students of the Department of Anthropology, Nāgānanda International Institute for Buddhist Studies was successfully held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the premises of the Vidudaya Angampora Arts Society, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
This program was jointly organized by the Anthropology Circle of the Nāgānanda International Institute for Buddhist Studies, and the Vidudaya Angampora Arts Society of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Sessions included:
- Angampora exercises.
- Yoga practices and meditation.
- Self-defence techniques.
- Mindfulness and emotional regulation.
- Physical wellness and traditional healing.
- Lectures on traditional food and healthy living.
